QuadBase will charge will all official MagSafe cases or any cases with a built in MagSafe magnet. If you are not sure please check the specifications of your case or contact us.  

QuadBase is made for Apple devices however the wireless charging base (where your AirPods go) can be used to charge any wireless device. This includes Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy Buds. The QuadBase comes with a USB Type C cable and a free 20W Quick Charge 3.0 adapter.

The QuadBase has an LED indicator that turn on when your devices are detected and charging, so you don't have to worry about leaving it overnight to charge. 

If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty/damaged please contact customercare@onetapwireless.com.au within 30 calendar days of your receipt to discuss further.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund if its eligible. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
